MAKING A RETURN

Bought something wasn’t what you expected, was damaged, or simply changed your mind? Don’t worry. Notify us, within 7 days from receipt of the goods, in writing by email to info@christalcosmetics.com. Then send it back unused and in its original packaging and PayPal will refund your return shipping cost*. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders received later than 28 days from purchase

YOU MAY RETURN MOST NEW, UNOPENED ITEMS WITHIN 28 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRICE OF THE GOODS.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and original postage fees.

If you received free delivery, the actual delivery cost paid by Christal Cosmetics will be deducted from any refund to be made.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will pay the return fees or arrange collection on your behalf.

Please mark your order number clearly on the outer packaging to ensure your product is correctly labelled. Please do not return an item until authorisation has been given for the return.
